Sacred Routes: Migration, Memory, and the Spiritual Geographies of the African Diaspora”

Ocean Inspiration and the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC-Switzerland) are happy to invite you to an exceptional conference by Dr. Yanique Hume on African religions and migration on July 22, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at La Maison des Associations in Geneva.

Professor Yanique Hume is Head of the Department of Cultural Studies at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados. She is an internationally renowned anthropologist, researcher, choreographer, dancer, and specialist in African regions.

Many of you will remember her inspiring talks at the Caribbean seminar organised by Ocean Inspiration and AIIC in 2019 in Geneva, or during the Caribbean English and Culture courses in Barbados. You can find more information on her website: www.yaniquehume.com.
