Once again, the promise was kept: more than just a language course, more than a beautiful holiday, the 2-week program in Barbados has turned out to be a rich human and cultural experience.
What makes this program so special?
Is it the warmth and kindness of the Bajan people?
The mesmerizing blue of the Caribbean sea?
The wild bus rides with pounding music?
Or,
The combination of European, Caribbean and African cultures?
The brilliant presentations of our lecturers?
Their eagerness to pass on their vision of their identity?
The passionate debates on societal issues deeply impacted by Caribbean History?
On top of these « good vibes », it was each and every one of your unique personalities that made this second session as gratifying to me as the first.
